1. Tape Threaded Incorrectly:

   • • Review the tape threading process and ensure it is done correctly according to the machine's guidelines.

• • 1. Place the tape roller into the mandrel in the correct direction 
    2. Go over the optimizing arm roller 
    3. The non-adhesive side of the tape wraps over the optimizing arm roller
    4. Adhesive side of the tape goes under the one-way roller
    5. Non-adhesive side of the tape wraps over the idle roller
    6. Adhesive side of the tape goes under the knurled roller in the front application arm 
    7. Go through the passage between the tape erect plate and two side fingers; rest on the front application roller

Note: Proper tape threading is essential for consistent and effective application.

1. Tape Erect Plate Not Snapping:

   • • If the tape erect plate is not snapping, follow these steps:
       • • Replace the Spring:
           • • Examine and replace the spring if it shows signs of wear or damage.

         • Identify Interference and Correct It:
           • • Inspect the tape erect plate for any interference issues and correct them.
               • Part Number 9510266 for 2" or 9510266-0 for 3"
