Startup Procedure
- Turn on the main power switch.
- Switch on the heater and allow the tunnel to reach set temperature.
- Load and thread film, adjust tray to product size.
- Place product and close seal bar (magnets engage automatically).
- After seal cycle, product moves into tunnel via takeaway conveyor.
Maintenance Requirements
- Replace Teflon tape as needed.
- Wipe micron knife 2–3 times daily with a damp cloth.
- Replace knife and channel periodically based on wear.
- Lubricate tunnel chains using high-temperature lubricant.
