This guide provides step-by-step instructions on converting the RSM Turntable from 220V to 110V. This process involves modifying the Voltage Frequency Drive (VFD) by adding a jumper to change the voltage settings.
Steps to Convert RSM Turntable to 110V
Step 1: Remove the Electrical Box Cover
- Locate the electrical box on the RSM Turntable.
- Use the appropriate tools to remove the cover carefully.
Step 2: Remove the VFD Cover Tabs
- Identify the two tabs on the left side of the VFD cover.
- Remove these tabs to gain access to the voltage adjustment settings.
Step 3: Locate the Voltage Setting Sticker
- Inside the VFD, look for a sticker labeled:
- "This Control is Factory Set for 230 VAC Add Jumper for 115 VAC."

Step 4: Modify Voltage Setting
- Remove the voltage setting sticker.
- Use two fully nylon insulated butted seam connectors for:
- Wire size: 22-18 AWG
- Tab size: 0.250 in.
- Create a jumper on the two pins to switch the turntable to 115 VAC.

- Plug the machine into a 110V outlet.
- Power it on and confirm that the turntable operates correctly.
