INTRODUCTION

The ATFXU machine has multiple items (sensors, switches, cylinders) integrated on the machine and when the machine is when everything is set properly, the machine must start with no inconveniences. However, like any intricate piece of machinery, these systems can encounter hiccups that hinder their functionality. When the machine fails to start, potential causes include an open main door, improper positioning of the PH4 sensor, misalignment with the center of the box, or electrical issues. These problems need to be resolved before the machine can operate.

1. Ensure all Doors are Securely Closed: Begin by confirming that all access points and main doors are firmly shut, allowing the machine to function without hindrance.

2. Confirm Proper PH4 Sensor Functioning: Execute the tape sequence to validate the correct operation of the PH4 sensor, ensuring it responds as expected.

3. Test the Sensor: After a machine reset, test the PH4 sensor by deliberately passing an object in front of it. This action should trigger the sensor and affirm its functionality.

4. Maintain Sensor Cleanliness: Regularly clean the PH4 sensor to eliminate any potential obstructions that might disrupt its operation. Cleanliness ensures consistent and reliable sensor performance.

5. Verify Start/Stop Buttons: Test for functionality. Use DMM voltmeter if necessary. Check contacts are properly mounted, screw terminals are tight, and wiring is intact.
6. Check for tripped circuit breakers; the power lamp should come on when the machine is ready to run.  
7. Check for tripped thermal overload.
