Recommended Pressure Range (adjust as needed):

1. • Main Air Regulator: .45-.50
     1. Set the lower limit: .20(Long Green)
     2. Set the upper limit: .60(Short Green)
   • Pick Up Arm Air Regulator: 40-50 PSI

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Safety:
   1. Avoid wearing loose clothes or jewelry to prevent them from getting pulled into the belts.
   2. Tie back long hair to ensure safety, especially if you want to keep it
   3. Remember Always prioritize safety while operating and troubleshooting the machine.
      
2. Reservoir check:
   1. Ensure there is little to no water in the Reservoir of the main air regulator.
   2. If water is present, check your system to ensure the dryer works properly. You may need to replace all air parts in the machine.
   3. If there is a significant amount of water in the Main Air Regulator's Reservoir, take a picture for documentation and contact BestPack and your Air Compressor supplier for assistance.
      
      
3. Flow Control Valve Adjustment:
   1. For only the Main Pick up arm cylinder, Open the valve fully (Counter-Clockwise)
      
   2. Only allow trained technicians to adjust the other cylinders.
   3. Pressure Adjustment:
      • For the Main Air Regulator:
        • Set it to .45
        • Set the lower limit: .20
        • Set the upper limit: .60
      • For the 2nd Air Regulator:
        • Set it to 45PSI
          
4. Optimizing:
   1. Set the machine to manual. And do not press the start button.
   2. Press Jog, Pause, and Reset for 3 secs to get into maintenance mode.
   3. You should hear a beep, and then the tower light flash in order
      
   4. Press jog once to make the pickup arm start moving
      
   5. Adjust the Pick Up Arm Air Regulator
   6. Till pick up arm reaches the home sensor without passing it
      
   7. Adjust Main Air Regulator
   8. Until there is minimal or low banging of the pick up arm against the hopper.
      
   9. Press the E-stop to get out of maintenance mode.
5. Solution:
   1. Pick up arm not reaching senor increase the pressure for 2^nd Air Regulator
   2. Pick up arm Passing senor decrease the pressure for the 2^nd Air Regulator
   3. An issue in the folding section requests technical support.

Note: Ensure all adjustments are made carefully and precisely to achieve the recommended pressure settings. Pull before turning and push to set changes on Air Regulators and Flow Control Valves.
