1.- Remove the Tri-Wall from the pallet (A) and the bubble wrap (B), then proceed to detach the L-Brackets that are securing the machine's legs to the pallet.

2.- Utilize a forklift to separate the machine from the pallet. During this process, ensure to grip the machine using the side bars to prevent contact with the electrical cabinet. Then, proceed to place the machine on the floor.
NOTE: If the machine's casters have been ordered, you may attach them to the threaded legs before placing the machine on the floor.

3.- Perform the electrical and air connections (Assembly the main air regulator with the air control valve A that is placed in the tool kits of this Machine and plugged with air control valve B).

NOTE: USE ψ7.5mm Air hose to attach to adapter A

4.- Position the side handle correctly and use it to move the centering arms to adjust the width of the box.

5.- Operate the machine by utilizing the buttons located on the control box.

POWER INDICATOR (1): Indicator of power.
STOP (2): Press this button for emergency stop.

START (3): Press this button to start the machine.

5.- If necessary for your application, adjust timer T1 to modify the lift and drop delay times of the indexer. The value recommended is 30ms.
