1. Start by activating the DAS’s access point and local web server
- Press Enter on the Home Screen page of the HMI to bring up Main Menu
- Select Settings
- Enter on WiFi
- Enter on Access Point
- Press Enter to Activate
2. Once the access point has been activated, the screen will display the DAS’s access point SSID.
3. Connect to the access point via your computer or mobile device using the following as the password: Bestpack@1425
4. Once connected, navigate to the Local Dashboard using your web browser and the DAS’s IP address, 192.168.4.1, as the URL

What Type of Information is Transmitted by the Machine?
If connected to WiFi, the DAS will periodically transmit small amount of data to the cloud using an encrypted communication protocol. The transmitted data only includes data that has been generated from using the machine. This data includes:
- Machine Activity
- Usage Statistics
- Faults
- Box Information
- Tape Usage
- Logs
What communication protocols are used, and what ports need to be available?
The DAS utilizes MQTT over TLS, requiring port 1883, and HTTPS, requiring port 443.
